Royal Bank of Canada:

Located Downtown Bay Street and known

as the Main Branch was renovated in 2003

 under the supervision of Keith Wells. We

applied a special silicone product supplied by Benjamin Moore to all Exterior walls to

preserve the historic look. Also we painted

all interior walls, wood work, ceilings and

 all metal vaults. We changed parking

stones in parking lot and resealed the

asphalt with a sealer provided by J. B. R

Building Supplies.We currently maintain

all ATM rooms on a monthly basis for

Royal Bank.

B.E.C. Newest Power Plant:

Located Clifton Piere was constructed in1998 by C.G.T Contractors and Developers Ltd. under the supervision of Larry Treco. We applied a two part epoxy to all concrete floors and painted all walls and ceilings with a very high grade industrial paint supplied by Devo Paints. C.G.T. Contractors and Developers 393-4996

Harbor Breeze:

 

Located West of Ocean Club Gates, This

four building Condominium Complex was

constructed in 2000 for Mr. Christopher

Lightbourn. Special work includes spraying

 of all external walls with Marbletit,

spraying of all stair well hand rails and all

other painting.

Government Office Building:

 

This project was painted for C.G.T

Contractors and Developers Ltd. under the

supervision of Phil Hawkins in 2003, where

all paint used was supplied by Devo.

Specialty Jobs included spraying of all

metal stair cases and fiberglass patch work

to damaged roofs along with the painting

of all external and internal walls, ceilings

 and wood work.

Rose Island / John Sharmeck:

 

Built By Nevin Knowles in 2006, we

completed all of the Inrerior & Exterior

painting. Stained and varnished all ceilings.

We provided ourselves with our own water

transpertation from Nassau to Rose Island

in our 30' Midnight Express carrying all of

our men and supplies for completion of a

outstanding job.

 This is a service avaliable to all of our off

Bayroc Condominiums:

Located West of Sandals Resort Cable Beach, this now three building

complex was constructed in 2002 by Cavalier Construction under the

supervision of Douglas Thompson. All paints used on this project range from

Benjamin Moore to Coronado.
